Investment Criteria

We would like to invest in businesses:

• Where the management team, with a relevant track record, is in place (we can’t provide it). This team should be open to working with hands on investors
  
• That require an investment of between US$500,000 and US$5,000,000
  
• That generate or have the ability to generate strong, sustainable cash flows and deliver an IRR of at least 30%
  
• Where an initial offering price is in place (we don’t want to waste our time or that of the seller by talking, even preliminarily, about a transaction when price is unknown)
  
• Clear exit opportunities exist
