Business Plans

Entrepreneurs interested in working with ManoCap should submit a business plan to us via tom@manocap.com. If you have already completed a business plan, please send it to us along with detailed financial projections.

If you are in the process of developing a business plan, the following guidelines should help ensure you provide us with the information we need.

Submitting a Full Business Plan

Once you submit your business plan, we shall review it and provide you with our feedback. If we believe that your business is a potential investment opportunity, we will request a meeting with you to discuss a suitable path forward.

Usually this will involve further research or refinement of the business plan before we agree to make an investment.

When we review a business plan we ask ourselves the following questions:

• Does the business have a strong management team?
  
• Does the business plan tell us what the business is going to do?
  
  • How much money do you need?
    
  • What exactly is your implementation plan?
    
• Will the business be profitable?
  

The following link provides you with an example format for this business plan. Entrepreneurs are not required to use this format, but should ensure that they provide ManoCap with the same level of detail in the plan they provide.
